Personal information obtained through the quote form on the langues-technique.fr website is used only to answer your request. It is not used for any other purpose, and it is never sold or rented.

Quote-form messages are delivered by email to lt@uic.org. This website stores no database of submissions and requires no account.

You have the right to access, modify, rectify or delete your personal data by sending a message to the Data Protection Officer: dpo@uic.org.

Cookies and audience measurement

Strictly necessary storage is always active. This website does not use any audience measurement tool.

The cookie policy lists every cookie and every piece of local storage this website uses, what it is for and how long it lasts.

Who we share your data with

We use the following service providers, each acting on our instructions and only for the purpose stated:

• Email delivery of quote-form messages — Mailchimp Transactional (Mandrill), Intuit Mailchimp. Messages are sent to lt@uic.org.
• Website hosting and content delivery — Vercel.

Quote-form messages are kept by the L & T team for as long as needed to handle your request.

• confirm what personal data we hold about you, and give you a copy of it;
• correct it if it is inaccurate or incomplete;
• erase it, where we have no overriding obligation to keep it;
• restrict or object to how we use it;
• withdraw a consent you gave, at any time and without justification.

UIC — Union Internationale des Chemins de fer reserves the right to suspend, interrupt or modify the access times of the website without prior warning.

The acquisition of the necessary hardware to connect to the Internet and any costs arising from visiting the website are the sole liability of the Internet user.
